Black Iron Coffee Roasters

Roasted coffee beans.  Hand made stands & merchandise.

From roasting coffee at home as a hobby to creating the best coffee possible. This has been an interesting journey. I discovered coffee late but realized quickly that there had to be different varieties and types of roasts of coffee. I then started my education in creating a better cup of coffee. After many years and many pounds of coffee given to family and friends, I decided to take my roasted coffee to the next level.

The journey the coffee makes before it goes into my roaster is a very labor intensive and interesting process. I feel that I would be doing a disservice to that journey if I did not put in the time and effort into producing the best product I am capable of. Developing those tastes that make that coffee the best it can be is my challenge and my passion.

Wallace Scones

Wallace Scones is a small Michigan business started by two retired Nurses in response to the overwhelming success of selling their homemade scones to friends and co-workers. Using Grandma’s basic scone recipe and adding Michigan grown products, a variety of scones are offered in markets throughout southeast Michigan. Wallace Scones have no preservatives , no additives, and an ingredient list my grandmother would have approved. When these frozen scones are baked, the aroma fills the house, bringing back the memories of our family times together.

Enjoy a home baked scone today, without the hassle of homemade. Bake them fresh in your oven whenever you have the occasion for those special people in your life.
